Consideration of Hiring Gain and Grow Participants. 8.11.1 Should Subrecipient (that is, "Contractor") require additional or replacement personnel after the effective date of this Subaward (that is, "Contract"), Contractor shall give consideration for any such employment openings to participants in County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) Greater Avenues for Independence (GAIN) Program or General Relief Opportunity for Work (GROW) Program who meet Contractor's minimum qualifications for the open position. For this purpose, consideration shall mean that Contractor will interview qualified candidates. County will refer GAIN/GROW participants by job category to Contractor. Contractor shall report all job openings with job requirements to: XXXXXXXX@xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx and XXXXXXXXX@xxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx and DPSS will refer qualified GAIN/GROW job candidates.
