Consent to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby irrevocably grants all such rights and permissions in or relating to Customer Data: (a) to Provider, its Subcontractors and the Provider Personnel as are necessary or useful to perform the Services; and (b) to Provider as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise its rights and perform its hereunder.

Customer hereby grants to Trualta an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty free, transferable and sublicensable license to use Customer Data for the purposes of: (a) providing the Platform and performing the Services; and (b) to Trualta as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise its rights and perform its obligations hereunder.
Consent to Use Customer Data. Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions to enable, and grants such rights and permissions to, Entrust and its affiliates to process, transmit, and store Customer Data for the use of the IFI as a Service. This includes Customer making necessary disclosures and obtaining consent, if required, before providing Customer Data to Entrust. If any Customer Data to be provided to Entrust by Customer could be subject to governmental regulation or may require security measures beyond those provided in the IFI as a Service, Customer will not transmit such Customer Data unless Entrust agrees to implement additional security measures. Customer is responsible for its use of the IFI as a Service and by using the IFI as a Service acknowledges that it meets Customer’s requirements to comply with applicable laws regarding the protection of Customer Data. Entrust will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the IFI as a Service by Customer or Users, including without limitation Customer Data and any other data uploaded by Customer or Users.
Consent to Use Customer Data. Customer grants to Supplier a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid up, perpetual and irrevocable license to access and use Customer Data as necessary for Supplier, its Affiliates, and their respective Personnel, to (i) enforce the Agreement (ii) exercise their respective rights under the Agreement, and (iii) perform their respective obligations under the Agreement. Customer further grants Supplier, and its Personnel working in an official capacity on behalf of Supplier, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid up, irrevocable license to use Customer Data to create Usage Data. Usage Data, once created, shall be Supplier Materials. In the event that Usage Data, or any portion thereof, is ever deemed Customer Data, Customer shall grant to Supplier a nonexclusive, irrevocable, transferrable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use Customer Data to the extent necessary for Supplier to make use of any such Usage Data in any manner it sees fit. Customer may grant to Supplier additional rights to use Customer Data as set forth in an Order Form. Supplier shall not use Customer Data except as permitted by this Section 6(c).

Customer hereby irrevocably grants all such rights and permissions in or relating to Customer Data: (a) to KSG, its Affiliates, its Subcontractors and KSG Personnel as are necessary or useful to perform or improve the Subscriptions; and (b) to KSG as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise its rights and perform its hereunder, (c) to KSG and its Affiliates to analyze the use of the Subscriptions, to improve the Subscriptions, to develop enhancements to the Subscriptions that will facilitate communications for its current and future customers and to create anonymized and aggregated data that is used to analyze communications within and between organizations and individuals in order to create products and services to be offered by KSG and its Affiliates; and (d) to KSG and its Affiliates to create anonymized and aggregated data that may be used for any lawful purpose. Article 8. CONFIDENTIALITY.

Customer hereby grants to Triparound a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use and display the Customer Data and perform all acts with respect to the Customer Data as may be necessary for Triparound, Triparound Personnel, or Triparound’s Subcontractors to provide the Services to Customer, and a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, modify, and otherwise use and display Customer Data incorporated within the Aggregated Data.

Customer hereby irrevocably grants all such rights and permissions in or relating to Customer Data: (a) to KLaunch, its Affiliates, its Subcontractors and KLaunch Personnel as are necessary or useful to perform or improve the Subscriptions; and (b) to KLaunch as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise its rights and perform its hereunder, (c) to KLaunch and its Affiliates to analyze the use of the Subscriptions, to improve the Subscriptions, to develop enhancements to the Subscriptions that will facilitate communications for its current and future customers and to create anonymized and aggregated data that is used to analyze communications within and between organizations and individuals in order to create products and services to be offered by KLaunch and its Affiliates; and (d) to KLaunch and its Affiliates to create anonymized and aggregated data that may be used for any lawful purpose. By accessing or using any services related to this subscription and/or provided by Xxxxxxx Next Gen, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Kerauno Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the provisions related to Collection and Use of Information and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/privacy-policy/. If you do not accept the terms of these privacy policies, you must stop using KLaunch Services immediately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer agrees that Customer retains no interest in non-identifiable and/or anonymized aggregate data and usage statistics compiled by KLaunch in connection with Customer’s use of the subscription and/or any other related features or components provided by or, which data and statistics KLaunch may use in its discretion.
Consent to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby irrevocably grants all such rights and permissions in or relating to Customer Data: (a) to HP, its Subcontractors and the HP Personnel as are necessary or useful to perform or improve the Services; and (b) to HP and its Subcontractors as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise their rights and perform their obligations hereunder. In addition, HP and its Subcontractors may collect and use Customer Data that does not fall within +3·dVef initions of personal information for statistical purposes and to conduct aggregated data analyses.
