Common use of Consent to Suit Clause in Contracts

Consent to Suit. The Authority waives its sovereign immunity from unconsented suit, whether such suit be brought in law or in equity, or in administrative proceedings or proceedings in arbitration, to permit the commencement, maintenance, and enforcement of any action, by any person with standing to maintain an action, to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement, and to enforce and execute any judgment resulting therefrom against the Authority or the assets of the Authority. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or canon of construction, the Authority intends this waiver to be interpreted liberally to permit the full litigation of disputes arising under or out of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Authority waives its immunity from unconsented suit to permit the maintenance of the following actions:
