Common use of Consent of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Consent of the Purchaser. The Purchaser in its capacity as secured party pursuant to the Debentures consents to the transfer of Shares to itself in its capacity as Purchaser, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and in its capacity as secured party releases its security interest in such transferred Shares in order to permit such disposition of Shares to itself to be made free of any liens.
