Consent Not to be Unreasonably Withheld. If Landlord does not accept Tenant’s offer within thirty (30) days after receipt of it, as provided in Section 9.2, above, then Landlord will not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to Tenant’s request for consent to such specific assignment if the conditions in Section 9.3, above, and all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Consent Not to be Unreasonably Withheld.
