Conflict Minerals. 34.1 Seller represents that, regardless of whether Seller is publicly traded or not, Seller does not procure Conflict Minerals from Covered Countries, as those terms are defined by and consistent with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s final rule on Conflict Minerals, 17 CFR Parts 240 and 249(b), promulgated pursuant to Section 1502 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
