Conducting Business Involving Relatives. No relative by blood, adoption or marriage of any executive or employee of CONTRACTOR will receive favorable treatment when considered for enrollment in programs provided by, or employment with CONTRACTOR.

Conducting Business Involving Relatives. No relative by blood, adoption or marriage of any executive or employee of SUBRECIPIENT will receive favorable treatment when considered for enrollment in programs provided by, or employment with SUBRECIPIENT.
Conducting Business Involving Relatives. No relative by blood, adoption or marriage of any 24 executive or employee of CONTRACTOR will receive favorable treatment when considered for 25 enrollment in programs provided by, or employment with, CONTRACTOR.
Conducting Business Involving Relatives. No relative by blood, adoption, or marriage, which shall include: spouse, significant other, child (including adult children), parent, sibling, sibling's spouse, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, stepparent and stepchild (including adult stepchildren), of any executive or employee of Subrecipient shall receive favorable treatment from the Subrecipient for grant awards through this Contract. The Subrecipient shall also avoid entering into any subcontract or agreement to provide programs or services related to the County activity with an executive's or employee's relative by blood, adoption or marriage. When it is in the public's interest for the Subrecipient to provide a service related to the County activity with a relative, the Subrecipient shall obtain written approval from the County Administrator or designee before entering into an agreement. All such correspondence shall be kept on file and available for review.

When it is in the public's interest for the Subrecipient to provide a service related to the LCDPD activity with a relative, the Subrecipient shall obtain written approval from LCDPD before entering into an agreement. All correspondence shall be kept on file and available for monitoring and audit reviews.

  • Continuing Business Nothing in this Agreement will preclude or limit Red Hat from providing software, materials, or services for itself or other clients, irrespective of the possible similarity of such software, materials or services to those that might be delivered to Client. The terms of confidentiality in Section 9 will not prohibit or restrict either party's right to develop, use or market products or services similar to or competitive with the other party; provided, however, that neither party is relieved of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Other Business Activities During the Term, Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, directly or indirectly engage in any other business activities or pursuits whatsoever, except activities in connection with any charitable or civic activities, personal investments and serving as an executor, trustee or in other similar fiduciary capacity; provided, however, that such activities do not interfere with his performance of his responsibilities and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
