Authorized Purposes definition

Authorized Purposes means the authentication and delivery of Securities, the release of property and/or the withdrawal of cash under any of the provisions of this Indenture.
Authorized Purposes means an activity that enhances, fosters, aids, provides, or promotes transportation, economic development, housing, recreation, education, governmental operations, culture, or research within the jurisdiction of a port authority.

  • Subscriber acknowledges and understands that the Services include certain software applications that enable Subscriber and its Users to access and share information, including Patient Data, electronically with other Network Participants for Authorized Purposes.
