Conduct of Research. Intrexon shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to carry out the activities assigned to it in each Research Plan, once approved by the JSC, and shall conduct such activities in good scientific manner, and in compliance with all applicable Laws. Intrexon shall keep the other Party reasonably informed as to the progress of the conduct of the Portions herein identified by [*****] have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment under Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
