Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to Term 12 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ Plot, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ Plot, and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to Term Para 12 above, the Purchaser/Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ PlotBuilding and/or Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ PlotApartment, and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

Subject to Term para 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall, . after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment flat/Parking at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ PlotBuilding, or the Flat/Parking, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority ‘or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ Plot, Flat/Parking and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,, Flat/Parking. its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to Term 12 para 13 above, the Allottee(sAllotee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ Plotor the Designated Apartment, or the common areas, staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ PlotDesignated Apartment, and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building is not in any way damaged or jeopardizedjeopardised.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to Term Para 12 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the inside of the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ Plotbuilding, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ PlotApartment, and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1. Subject to Term para 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall, from the Deemed date of /or after taking possession, whichever is earlier, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her the Allottees own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ PlotBuilding, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ Plot, Apartment and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to Term para 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee/s shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment Apartment/Flat at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ PlotBuilding, or the Apartment/Flat, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ Plot, Apartment/Flat and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Apartment/Flat, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1. COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to Term 12 Para 13 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the said building Apartment/ PlotApartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment/ PlotXXXX XXXXXXX SKY PARTNER Apartment, and keep the said Apartment/ Plot,Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
