Common use of Completion of the Project Clause in Contracts

Completion of the Project. Upon completion of the Project, an Authorized Officer of the Governmental Unit shall deliver a certificate to the Finance Authority and the Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit ”D” attached hereto stating that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Project has been completed and accepted by the Governmental Unit, and all costs have been paid. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such certificate shall state that it is given without prejudice to any rights against third parties which exist at the date of such certificate or which may subsequently come into being.
