Employment-related services are delivered by four types of workers within the respective Community Mental Health Programs: • Generic Community Mental Health Workers; • Intensive Case Managers; • Employment Development Counsellors; and • Proctors.

Community Mental Health Program. Community Mental Health Program of Regional Health Authorities provides services to adults who experience acute mental illness, adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and older adults with mental health problems. In 2004/05, the Community Mental Health Program provided services to 12,106 individuals, 4,909 of whom were of employable age (18 - 64 years)1. Of these, 1,812 individuals received employment related services. Of approximately 3602 Community Mental Health Program service providers in Manitoba, 178.2 are considered cost-shareable under the LMAPD in 2004/05. Other workers, including Child and Adolescent workers and Psychogeriatric workers, are not eligible for LMAPD cost sharing. Community Mental Health Program service providers can be divided into three types of workers: • Generic Community Mental Health Workers (CMHW); • Intensive Case Managers (ICM); and • Employment Development Counsellors (EDC).
Community Mental Health Program. The Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the collective agreement shall be in force, and through this Letter of Understanding, provide a system of compensation for standby/on-call for the Community Support WorkerTeam Leader in the Community Mental Health Program. The Parties have agreed to a standby/on-call system, which is detailed below and shall remain in effect for the duration of this agreement. It is understood this is program specific to the Letter of Understanding and does not imply modification of the collective agreement. New Classification The Parties have agreed to establish a new position for the provi sion of services under an enhanced Community Mental Health Program. The Parties agree the new position shall be: Community Support Worker – Team Leader A rate of pay shall be established for the position of Community Support Worker – Team Leader by the Human Resources Department’s Salary & Classification’s Coordinator in accordance with the collective agreement. Additional compensation will be provided in recognition of the Team Leader responsibilities by allowing $1000 per annum to be paid (Appendix “A”). Standby/On-Call Duty The position of Community Support Worker – Team Leader will be scheduled to take on-call on a rotational basis amongst the staff employed in this service. The affected employees will be available and responsible for standby/on-call up to a maximum of 24 hours on call for a seven-day period during the following times:

In 2002/03, the Community Mental Health Program provided services to 12,322 individuals, 9,121 of whom were of employable age (18 - 64 years)5. Of those, 1,499 individuals received employment related services. Of approximately 2846 Community Mental Health Program service providers in Manitoba, 154.7 are considered cost-shareable under the EAPD Agreement in 2002/03. Other workers, including Child and Adolescent workers and Psychogeriatric workers, are not eligible for EAPD cost sharing. In 2003/04, the Community Mental Health Program provided services to 12,103 individuals, 4,027 of whom were of employable age. Of those, 1,549 individuals received employment related services. Of approximately 322 Community Mental Health Program service providers in Manitoba, 168.2 are considered cost-shareable under the EAPD Agreement in 2003/04. Community Mental Health Program service providers can be divided into three types of workers: • Generic Community Mental Health Workers (CMHW); • Intensive Case Managers (ICM); and • Employment Development Counsellors (EDC). 5 Employable age data available on cases open for the year. Same percentage was utilized to calculate employable age for those individuals that were brought forward at the beginning of the year.

ICMs assist individuals in reaching their goals in the areas of living, working, and learning.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS 1. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Mental Health The parties recognize the importance of supporting and promoting a psychologically healthy workplace and as such will adhere to all applicable statutes, policy, guidelines and regulations pertaining to the promotion of mental health.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System The CMBHS is the official record of documentation by System Agency. Grantee shall:

  • Health Promotion Effective January 1, 2014, the Employer shall provide a voluntary employee incentive program that offers taxable cash payments not to exceed $300 per employee per calendar year to employees who participate in health promotion activities and programs offered by the Employer. The Employer shall establish the specifics of the programs through the Health Benefit Committee. This provision shall expire on June 30, 2015 unless mutually agreed otherwise by the parties. All approved vendors contracted with the health plan administrator shall be permitted to provide services on state premises for employees.

  • Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.
