Commitment to Diversity. The Contractor shall assist the Institution in monitoring the Contractor’s performance of this commitment by providing, as requested, a quarterly report of participation in the performance of this Contract by small business enterprises and businesses owned by minorities, women, and Tennessee service-disabled veterans.   • Commitment of Current Revenues Only In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioners Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company. County agrees, however, to use reasonable efforts to secure funds necessary for the continued performance of this Agreement. The parties intend this provision to be a continuing right to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of each budget period of County. Agreements for the acquisition, including lease of real or personal property under Tex. Loc. Govt. Code §271.903: In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioner’s Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company, County agrees, however, to use a best efforts attempt to obtain and appropriate funds for payment of the Agreement.   • COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES By signing9 this document, the teaching staff member, the sending institution/enterprise and the receiving institution confirm that they approve the proposed mobility agreement. The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the teaching staff member. The teaching staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The teaching staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The teaching staff member and the receiving institution will communicate to the sending institution/enterprise any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period.   • Term Loan The Borrower may, upon notice from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, at any time or from time to time voluntarily prepay the Term Loan in whole or in part together with the applicable Prepayment Premium; provided that (A) such notice must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than 11:00 a.m. (1) three Business Days prior to any date of prepayment of LIBOR Rate Loans and (2) on the date of prepayment of Base Rate Loans; (B) any such prepayment of LIBOR Rate Loans shall be in a principal amount of $500,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof (or, if less, the entire principal amount thereof then outstanding); (C) any prepayment of Base Rate Loans shall be in a principal amount of $500,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof (or, if less, the entire principal amount thereof then outstanding); and (D) any prepayment of the Term Loan shall be applied in the inverse order of maturity with respect to the remaining amortization payments. Each such notice shall specify the date and amount of such prepayment and the Type(s) of Loans to be prepaid. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify each Lender of its receipt of each such notice, and of the amount of such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such prepayment. If such notice is given by the Borrower, the Borrower shall make such prepayment and the payment amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein. Any prepayment of a LIBOR Rate Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest on the amount prepaid, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05. On the date of any voluntary prepayment of any Term Loan pursuant to this Section 2.05(a)(ii), the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, whether before or after an Event of Default, the applicable Prepayment Premium. Subject to Section 2.15, each such prepayment shall be applied to the Loans of the Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages.

  • Commitment Within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance (Commitment) and, at Buyer's expense, legible copies of restrictive covenants and documents evidencing exceptions in the Commitment (Exception Documents) other than the standard printed exceptions. Seller authorizes the Title Company to deliver the Commitment and Exception Documents to Buyer at Buyer's address shown in Paragraph 21. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered to Buyer within the specified time, the time for delivery will be automatically extended up to 15 days or 3 days before the Closing Date, whichever is earlier. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered within the time required, Buyer may terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

  • Conditions Precedent to Disbursement Agency’s obligation to disburse Grant Funds to Grantee under this Grant is subject to satisfaction of each of the following conditions precedent:
