CITY MANAGEMENT. The City Manager, or their designee, shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the Scope of Work or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT. The City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents that enlarge the Scope of Work or change CONSULTANT’s compensation, subject to Section 6 hereof.
CITY MANAGEMENT. The City management retains all traditional rights and responsibilities for the operation of the City.

City's City Manager shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change Consultant's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
CITY MANAGEMENT. Responsibility for management of the City and direction of its work force is vested in City officials and the City Manager whose powers and duties are specified by law. In order to fulfill this responsibility, it is the exclusive right of City management to determine the mission of its constituent departments. Such rights and responsibilities shall be applied consistent with the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

Public Works Director shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by CONTRACTOR, but not including the authority to enlarge the Scope of Work or change the compensation due to CONTRACTOR. The City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Scope of Work or change CONTRACTOR’s compensation, subject to Section 7 hereof.

The City Administrative Services Director shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT. City's City Administrator shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change CONSULTANT's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.

City’s Director of Finance, or a designee, shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks To Be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant. City’s City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Services or change Consultant’s compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.

CITY MANAGEMENT. All communication with City Departments regarding the Project will be through the City Representative, unless otherwise agreed upon by the City and Valley Metro.

Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Assistant City Manager, shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change Contractor's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
