Common use of Chemical Profile Declaration Clause in Contracts

Chemical Profile Declaration. If requested by Buyer, Seller shall provide to Buyer or its authorized third-party service provider, the chemical profile of Goods (by part number) in accordance with the requirements defined by the most recent published versions of IPC-1754 (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/chemicalrpt/ipc1754/) and IAEG® Aerospace and Defense Declarable Substances List (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/chemicalrpt/addsl/). A response (or a request for more time) shall be required within twenty-five (25) days of the notification.
