Changes and improvements. Under no circumstance shall the Tenant make alterations or changes to the flat, to the furnishings or fixtures, without the written consent of the Institute, nor shall he/she alter, even partially, the intended use of the flat itself. In any instance in which the Institute has authorized the Tenant to carry out improvements or changes to fixtures, including to the electrical, plumbing or heating systems, such improvements shall remain in the flat, to the sole benefit of the Institute; nor shall the Tenant be in any way entitled to claim a refund or compensation.

Changes and improvements. 12.1. LetKnow's products and services may be subject to changes and improvements. In some cases, these changes and improvements may require modifications to the application and/or amendments to the SLA, and/or the terms and conditions of XxxXxxx.xxx. In the event that LetKnow amends such items and details, LetKnow will display a notice of this in the back office of The Contracting Party's account; and/or send a notice via email to The Contracting Party. The notice will identify material changes and will be provided in good time. If The Contracting Party is of the reasonable opinion that any such alterations negatively affects its rights in a material way and wishes to reject the amendment, The Contracting Party is entitled to terminate the SLA with immediate effect. If The Contracting Party does not terminate the SLA in a timely manner, any changes and improvements will be deemed accepted and will be effective thereafter.

If Purchaser make any changes in or improvements to the Polestar Vehicles, Service Provider or its Affiliates will not incur any liability or obligations whatsoever in relation to such changes in or improvements to Polestar Vehicles previously manufactured or sold. However, if such change or improvement results in a price change from Purchaser to Importer (Transfer Price 1), the Transfer Price 2 paid by Distributor to Importer under the Sale & Purchase Agreement, will be adjusted accordingly.

Lessee shall not make and shall not have the right to make any alterations, changes or improvements, structural or otherwise, in or to the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, provided that if such consent is given, all such alterations, changes and improvements shall be promptly made in a workmanlike manner, be promptly paid for allowing no liens to attach either to the Premises or to Lessee's interest therein and shall become the property of Lessor at the termination of this Lease Agreement. Lessor shall have the right to require Lessee to provide such assurances as Lessor shall reasonably require (such as bonds, escrows, etc.) to protect Lessor against unpaid work
Changes and improvements. 12.1. Seller will have the right to make any changes in or improvements to Polestar Vehicles without incurring any liability or obligations whatsoever and without being required to make any corresponding changes in or improvements to Polestar Vehicles previously manufactured or sold. Such change or improvement will not result in any price increase for already ordered Polestar Vehicles. However, it is Seller’s responsibility that such changes or improvements are documented and approved by the appropriate authorities as may be required to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for import into the Territory.
