Common use of Certificate of Selling Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Selling Shareholders. A certificate dated such Date of Delivery and signed by each Selling Shareholder to the same effect as the certificate referred to in Section 5(k) hereof but appropriately modified to refer to such Date of Delivery rather than to the Closing Time.

Certificate of Selling Shareholders. A certificate certificate, dated such Date of Delivery and signed by Delivery, of the President, a Vice President or the Corporate Director of each Selling Shareholder to and of the same effect as chief financial or chief accounting officer of each Selling Shareholder confirming that the certificate referred delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to in Section 5(k5(l) hereof but appropriately modified to refer to remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery rather than to the Closing TimeDelivery.

Certificate of Selling Shareholders. A certificate certificate, dated such Date of Delivery and signed by Delivery, of an Attorney-in-Fact on behalf of each Selling Shareholder confirming that the certificate delivered at Closing Time pursuant to Section 5(i) remains true and correct (to the same effect extent set forth therein) as the certificate referred to in Section 5(k) hereof but appropriately modified to refer to of such Date of Delivery rather than to the Closing TimeDelivery.
