Common use of Certificate of Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Cancellation. Upon Dissolution of the Company and the completion of the winding up of its business and the liquidation process, the Company will file a certificate of cancellation (to cancel the Certificate) with the Delaware Secretary of State pursuant to the Act.
