Certain Business Relationships With Affiliates. No Affiliate of the Company (a) owns any property or right, tangible or intangible, which is used in the business of the Company, (b) has any claim or cause of action against the Company other than ordinary course claims for wages and reimbursement for business expenses, or (c) owes any money to, or is owed any money by, the Company other than ordinary course claims for wages and reimbursement for business expenses. Section 2.27 of the Company Disclosure Schedule describes any commercial transactions or relationships between the Company and any Affiliate thereof which occurred or have existed since the beginning of the time period covered by the Financial Statements.
