CASUAL FEEDER DRIVERS. Casual feeder drivers may be utilized November 1st thru January 15th. All feeder drivers will be offered the right to work prior to any casuals. No casual feeder drivers will be utilized outside of Novem- ber 1st thru January 15th of each year except when there are condi- tions beyond the Employers control such as fire, flood, or other Acts of God. Extra peak season feeder schedules that are established prior to the first full week of December shall be first offered, on a seniority basis, to the seniority feeder drivers and then to the backup feeder drivers prior to filling such extra schedules with peak season hires. Seniority drivers will not be allowed to exercise seniority, to fill extra peak season schedules more than one time during each peak season and seniority drivers filling such extra schedules shall return to their bid at the time such extra schedule is abolished.

CASUAL FEEDER DRIVERS. Casual feeder drivers shall be used in accordance with Article 6, Section 15, of the Western Supplement during peak season. Casual feeder drivers may also be used through October 1st through January 15th the Saturday of the second (2nd) full week in January each year. Casuals may also be used at other times of the year as mutually agreed between the Company and Local Union. Casuals shall not accrue seniority or service credit for any purpose. It is further agreed that such drivers will be paid at the rate of eighteen dollars ($18.00) for the life of the current agreement. In classroom training conducted outside the seasonal period will not count as time toward seniority attainment.

CASUAL FEEDER DRIVERS a. Casual Feeder Driver will not be utilized until feeder qualified drivers on the TTQ list working in another classification are offered the work. Those intending to work in Feeders during peak must notify the company of their intent in writing by October 1st of each year. This declaration will be binding for that year.

  • Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work. Except where specifically excluded, the provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Casual Nurse.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Casual Nurses i) It is understood that casual Nurses do not have normal hours of work. All assignments for the next day will be faxed by the office by 1630h.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder 2.8.4.1 Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder (USLF) provides connectivity between BellSouth's central office and cross-box (or other access point) that serves an end user location.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.
