Cancellation of Membership. To cancel any membership before the completion of the original term, Member must follow the procedures set forth below of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation of Membership. If you wish to cancel your membership of Red Bird Tutoring, we recommend that you come into the centre and talk to us first. If you then wish to cancel, you need to let us know, in writing, by the 15th of the month in order to avoid paying the following month’s membership fees.
Cancellation of Membership a) Club membership may be cancelled at any time for cause by the Club Management without any entitlement to a refund. The determination of cause shall be in the sole discretion of the Club.

Cancellation of Membership. The Board of Directors shall have the right to cancel the membership of any Member based upon a three-fourths vote of the entire Board of Directors. Any Member so cancelled shall on the effective date of the cancellation be treated the same as if the Member had voluntarily withdrawn from membership, and said Member shall have the same responsibilities. Cancellation, as specified above, shall be within the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and may occur with or without cause, and the Board's discretion shall not be subject to any further review or appeal.

If Member hand delivers Member’s cancellation to a PACIFIC BEACH facility, Member should be sure to receive a signed statement from a PACIFIC BEACH employee acknowledging Members’ cancellation.
Cancellation of Membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. You may request cancellation by telephone at 000.000.0000 or writing The PREMIUM Club at PO Box 84634, Sioux Falls, SD 57118-4634. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will not owe any additional membership fees. You will not get a refund of any past paid membership fees. Your benefits will discontinue upon cancellation of your membership. Your benefits will stop if the credit card where your membership fees are billed is closed or suspended either by you or the Bank.
