Cageless Physical. Collocation -- is a non-caged area within a CenturyLink Premises. In Wire Centers, space will be made available in single frame bay increments. In Wire Centers, the current minimum square footage is nine (9) square feet per bay, however, if smaller bays are or become available, CenturyLink will reduce the minimum square footage accordingly. Space will be provided utilizing industry standard equipment bay configurations in which CLEC can place and maintain its own equipment. CLEC is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the Cross Connections required within CLEC's leased Collocation space.

  • Physical Facilities The parties acknowledge the importance of RMOs having quality facilities to enable RMOs an opportunity to rest, discuss clinical matters with other RMOs, and to study. The DHBs acknowledge the importance of private RMO rooms and accept they need to be appropriate for the circumstances. Ideally RMO facilities should be of an appropriate size, secure and have the following: • Kitchen facilities and lounge area, with natural light where possible. • Sufficient number of telephone lines to enable appropriate clinical response by RMOs to pagers and clinical duties. • A study area including sufficient desk space and adequate lighting to enable reading. • Good IT facilities including: inter and intranet access. • Access to relevant clinical material such as lab and x-ray results, up to date etc. • Access and ability to print. • Lockers if secure facilities are not provided elsewhere closer to work spaces. • Sufficient beds for those on nights. Private (away from clinical areas) sleeping facilities are to be prioritised to RMOs who have a significant rest requirement during their night shifts e.g., those working seven nights or call back. • Changing, toilet and shower facilities. • The room(s) and associated facilities should be located close to the hospital’s acute area(s) and serviced regularly with linen supplied. • Where space is available, safe and secure parking close to the main entrance of the hospital for RMOs undertaking work during the hours of darkness. Where space is not available the DHB must make appropriate alternative arrangements such as the provision of taxis. This clause does not require DHBs to retrofit existing facilities to meet such requirements; however, DHBs must consider the above requirements when undertaking refurbishment work and when building new hospitals/facilities. Best endeavours should be applied to provide the above within existing facilities in the absence of rebuilding.

  • Physical Distancing 1. The District shall limit occupancy of bathrooms, elevators, locker rooms, staff rooms, offices, warehouses, and conference rooms, and any other shared work or school spaces to provide no less than six (6) feet of distancing. Adjacent bathroom stalls may be used. The District shall post signs with occupancy limits conspicuously at the entrance to each room.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.
