Business Services. Perform: (i) general business support services (printing, mailing, records management and maintenance, and administrative and office services across the enterprise), (ii) office facilities operation (building maintenance and property management, lease/sublease management, and property sales services across the enterprise), (iii) security (physical security support, background investigations, and investigative services across the enterprise), (iv) travel (business-related ticketing, itinerary coordination, and reservations for airlines, train, rental cars, and hotels/lodging for Dominion employees), (v) aviation (maintenance, operations, and aviation-related services for corporate-owned aircraft), and (vi) fleet services (fleet systems support, management of the acquisition/disposal function, maintenance functions, and fleet management across the entire enterprise).
Business Services. Facility may provide Member an opportunity to participate in business development activities and programs as announced by e.terra Harlem. Facility makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that any services provided will result in additional business opportunities for the Member. Member is solely and completely in control of its company and economic success or failure and Facility, its staff or other agents are not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of or reliance upon the business services or other programming, activities, trainings, and/or seminars provided by Facility.

Business Services. LIMITATIONS OF USE OF SERVICE(S) AND INTEGRATED ACCESS DEVICE or IADS(S); PROHIBITION OF RESALE - If you have subscribed to ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS Services, the Services are provided to you as a normal business user. This means that you must not resell or transfer the Services to any other person/entity for any purpose, without express written permission from ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS. You understand that subscribing to ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS Services does not grant you the right to use the Services for high volume applications such as auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, polling, charitable or political solicitation, fax broadcasting, or fax blasting unless prior approval was given to you by ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS to use the Services in such a way. ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS offers Metered Services, which may be used for a variety of high volume applications. If you have subscribed to ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS Services such as hosted PBX, SIP Trunks, audio conferencing, IP fax, or other Services, you are permitted to use the Services at the agreed upon rates and/or applicable Monthly Recurring Charges as described in your original Services Quote Packet. ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS reserves the right to immediately modify and/or terminate the Services and/or Pricing, if ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS determines that your use of the Services exceeds the stated Limitations of Use for the Services that you have subscribed to.
