Building Permits. All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.

Building Permits. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that compliance with Section 3(a) will be a condition of issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy. Developer further agrees that the City may use its building permitting, inspection, and enforcement processes and procedures to enforce the requirements of Section 3(a) above, including but not limited to rejection of applications and plans, stop work orders, and disapproval of inspections for applications and/or work that does not comply with this Agreement. Applications and plans for a building permit must demonstrate compliance with this Agreement in order for a building permit to be issued. Applications for building permits must be in compliance with this Agreement, as well as the Applicable Regulations, in order for such application to be approved and a building permit issued. Plans demonstrating compliance with this Agreement must accompany a building permit application and will become a part of the approved permit. Any structure constructed on the Property must comply with this Agreement and the Applicable Regulations for a certificate of occupancy to be issued for such structure.
Building Permits. No lots or units may be offered for sale or sold (warranty deeds transferred) prior to recordation of the final plat which shall be approved upon completion of improvements according to the Improvement Plan. The fire protection, including all weather road(s), shall be operational per the Fire District’s inspection and written approval, and street signs installed, before any building permit shall be issued by the County. Furthermore, no certificate of occupancy for residential units shall be given until all Improvements have been completed and accepted in writing by the County.
Building Permits. The Construction Manager shall provide the following information to the Permitting Authority and obtain approval from the Permitting Authority prior to beginning construction:
Building Permits. Nothing set forth herein shall impair or interfere with the right of City to require the processing of building permits as required by law relating to any specific improvements proposed for the Project pursuant to the applicable provisions of the City’s municipal code, inclusive of such California and International Codes as have been adopted in accord therewith, that are in effect at the time such permits are applied for; provided, however, no such permit processing shall authorize or permit City to impose any condition on and/or withhold approval of any proposed improvement the result of which would be inconsistent with this Agreement.
Building Permits. After approval by Landlord and Tenant of the Construction Plans and Construction Budget as provided above, Landlord or its contractor shall submit the Construction Plans to the appropriate governmental body for plan checking and a building permit. Landlord, with Tenant’s cooperation, shall cause to be made any change in the Construction Plans necessary to obtain the building permit and to the extent the aggregate amount of the Construction Costs exceeds the amount of Landlord’s Allowance, Tenant shall be responsible for such additional costs, notwithstanding the amount previously specified in the Construction Budget approved by Landlord and Tenant.
Building Permits. The City shall charge and receive from the Developer all of the standard zoning fees, demolition permit fees, building permit fees and inspection fees for all construction activities conducted by the Developer in effect at the time this Agreement is executed and as reflected described in Exhibit F. The terms and conditions of the City’s standard building permits are incorporated herein and all duties, obligation and requirements contained therein shall be those of the Developer.
