Common use of Brokerage and Finder's Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Finder's Fees. Except for the agreements listed on Section 4.13 of the Parent Disclosure Schedule, true, correct and complete copies thereof have been made available to the Company, neither Parent, any of its Subsidiaries nor any of their respective stockholders, directors, officers or employees has incurred or will incur on behalf of Parent or its Subsidiaries any brokerage, finder’s, success or similar fee in connection with the Transactions.
