Bridge Projects. When specifically called for in the Special Provisions of the Contract, the Contractor shall furnish, erect, maintain and remove project signs as herein provided and as directed by the Engineer, in the number and with the overall dimensions specified. The project signs shall comply with the details shown on the Drawing and us approved by EIC. Credits, names of officials, spacing between lines of letters, and heights of letters shall be as approved by EIC. Spacing between letters and widths of letters shall be in proportion to the sign size. The project title and the names and titles of officials will be furnished by the Engineer. Signs shall be erected at such locations within or adjacent to the Contract limits as the Engineer shall direct, within twenty (20) Working days after the Contractor has been ordered to commence Work. Prior to fabrication of signs, the Contractor, within ten (10) days from the date of Contract award, shall submit to the Engineer, for approval, a scale drawing of the signs, complete with lettering. The drawing shall include the details of the sign supports and bracing which the Contractor proposes to use. Fabrication of signs will not be permitted until the above Engineer's approval has been obtained. The Contractor shall be responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of all supports and bracing and the above Engineer's approval shall in no way relieve the Contractor of such responsibility. Unless otherwise permitted, the Contractor shall protect and maintain signs, supports and bracing until the date of the issuance of the Final Completion Certificate for the Contract. The Contractor shall alter or change credits or names of officials as directed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall protect signs, supports and bracing against injury or damage from any cause whatsoever. The Contractor shall make all repairs required as a result of such injury or damage, to the satisfaction of the Engineer. The Contractor shall do all patching of lettering, supporting, re-supporting, bracing and re-bracing required to maintain signs, supports and bracing in first class condition and in proper position. At the completion of the Contract or at such time as the Engineer shall direct, the Contractor shall dismantle, remove and dispose of project signs, supports and bracing away from the site of the Work.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Capital Projects 25.1 All capital projects, whether already underway or beginning during this period, are subject to the Department’s investment appraisal processes. Any capital expenditure that exceeds the BFI’s delegated capital limit must be referred to the DCMS Finance Committee for approval at three stages of development, as set out in guidance issued by the Department. The figure used in calculating whether the costs exceed the delegated limit is the lifetime cost of the capital project, including non- exchequer funding and any increased running costs ensuing from it.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.
