Common use of Breach of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c), Section 5.2(d), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Subsidiary obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(a), Section 5.2(b), Section 5.2(d), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Subsidiary obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(a), Section 5.2(b), Section 5.2(d), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower Parent by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer of the Parent, the Borrower Parent or any other Subsidiary obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c), Section 5.2(d), Section 5.3(a), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower Company by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower Company or any other Subsidiary Credit Party obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c), Section 5.2(d), 5.3(a) or Article VI 6 of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 shall remain unremedied for a period of thirty days after following the earlier of (A) the date on which Administrative Agent gave notice thereof is given of such failure to the Borrower by any Lender Party or and (B) the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Restricted Subsidiary obtained actual acquires knowledge thereofof such failure;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(d), Section 5.2(d5.2(g), Section 5.3(a), Section 5.12(c) or Article VI 6 of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Subsidiary Credit Party obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(g), Section 5.2(d5.3(a), Section 5.12 or Article VI 6 of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower or any other Subsidiary Credit Party obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(d), Section 5.2(d5.2(e), Section 5.3(a), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower Company by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower Company or any other Subsidiary Credit Party obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c5.2(a), Section 5.2(b), Section 5.2(d), Section 5.2(e), Section 5.6, Section 5.12, or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the Borrower Parent by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer of the Parent, the Borrower Parent or any other Subsidiary obtained actual knowledge thereof;

Breach of Covenant. (i) Any breach by any Credit Party of any of the covenants in Section 5.2(c), Section 5.2(d), Section 5.3(a), or Article VI of this Agreement or the corresponding covenants in any Guaranty or (ii) any breach by any Credit Party of any other covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the earlier of the date notice thereof is given to the any Borrower by any Lender Party or the date any Responsible Officer officer of the Parent, the Borrower Company or any other Subsidiary Restricted Entity obtained actual knowledge thereof;
