Common use of Binding Effect; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, personal representatives, estates, successors (including, without limitation, by way of merger) and assigns.
