Billing Charges and Payment. Upon purchase of the Service and delivery of the equipment, End-User must provide a valid form of payment (Credit Card, check, or Checking Account routing number) End-User authorizes Provider to charge the End-User for all charges arising from End-User’s use of the Services. End-User agrees to notify Provider of any change to the credit card or checking information including, but not limited to, changes in account number, expiration date or billing address. Provider shall not be responsible for any charges made by the credit card issuer or bank to End-User’s credit card or checking account for exceeding credit limit, insufficient funds or other reasons.

Billing Charges and Payment. 7.1 End User shall be obligated to pay Total-Tec for the Total-Tec Business Services, including one-time and monthly recurring service fees (collectively “Service Fees”) related to providing the Total-Tec Business Services, as set forth in the applicable Service Order. All fees, including Service Fees, payable hereunder shall be non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • CHARGES AND PAYMENT 6.1 The Charges for the Services shall be as set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the performance of the Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer, the Charges shall include every cost and expense of the Supplier directly or indirectly incurred in connection with the performance of the Services.

The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.
