Common use of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Benefits. Parties have agreed to participate in the Provincial Benefit Trust set out in the appended Letter of Understanding subject to 4.2.1(c). The date on which the benefit plan commences participation in the Trust shall be referred to herein as the “Participation Date”. The Boards will continue to provide benefits in accordance with the existing benefit plans and terms of collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 until the Employees’ Participation Date in the Trust. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

Benefits. Parties have agreed to participate in the Provincial Benefit Trust Trust, set out in the appended Letter of Understanding subject to 4.2.1(c)Agreement. The date on which the benefit plan commences participation in the Trust shall be referred to herein as the “Participation Date”. The Boards will continue to provide benefits in accordance with the existing benefit plans and terms of collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 until the Employees’ Participation Date in the Trust. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

Benefits. Parties have agreed to participate in the Provincial Benefit Trust Trust, set out in the appended Letter of Understanding subject to 4.2.1(c)Agreement #6. The date on which the benefit plan commences participation in the Trust shall be referred to herein as the “Participation Date”. The date on which the benefit plan a Board commences participation in the Trust shall be referred to herein as the “Participation Date”. The Boards will continue to provide benefits in accordance with the existing benefit plans and terms of collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 until the Employees’ Participation Date in the Trust. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:
