Behavior Issues. The Children’s Waiting Room policies have been developed with the safety of children in mind, if your child poses a threat to him/herself or others or is behaving in an inappropriate manner, you will be contacted to pick your child up immediately. Behavior issues may limit your future use of the Children’s Waiting Room.

Behavior Issues. If for any reason a child or parent’s behavior is unmanageable or threatens the safety of other children or staff members in our school, we have the right to disenroll the child. We will communicate and work with you as best as we can to resolve any issues in the best interest of the child and in compliance with of our school policy of our “3 Chances Rule.” First the child will be sent home from school and if the behavior continues 3 or more times we will discuss disenrollment of the child. This includes but is not limited to; biting, hitting, kicking, choking, spitting, or profanity. The San Clemente Preschool reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime.
Behavior Issues. If I am having any behavior issues that inhibit my learning or the learning of others, I understand the following steps will be taken.

  • Religious Observance 32.01 The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to accommodate an employee who requests time off to fulfill his or her religious obligations.

  • Health Overcoming or managing one’s disease(s) as well as living in a physically and emotionally healthy way;

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Other Religious Observances (a) Employees who are members of non-Christian religions are entitled to up to two days leave without pay per calendar year to observe spiritual or holy days. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Behavior 1. Students must respect each other.
