BEETLE CERTIFICATE. The SELLER shall arrange, at his cost, for the accessible portions of the PROPERTY to be inspected by a contractor that is a member of the South African Pest Control Association for infestation by notifiable beetle and for the replacement of any infested timber with properly treated timber. Thereafter the SELLER shall have no further responsibility in this regard. The SELLER shall provide a Clearance Certificate issued by the contractor to the SELLER’S ATTORNEYS before registration of transfer.

Where infestation is found, the recommendations made shall be carried out in full, terms of Act36 of 1947 and/or SABS Codes 0124 and 0204.
