Common use of Base Salary and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Base Salary and Benefits. (a) Executive's base salary shall be $425,000 per annum during the Employment Period (the "Base Salary"), which salary shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's general payroll practices and shall be subject to customary withholding.
