Common use of Bank Charges Clause in Contracts

Bank Charges. Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender on account of the Obligations.

Bank Charges. Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (ia) the forwarding by Lender to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender, Borrower of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (iib) the depositing by Lender for collection, by Lender, collection of any check or item of payment received by or delivered to Lender on account of the Obligations.

Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all normal and customary fees, costs or expenses which Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, or by Lender, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender on account of the Obligations.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender pays to charges customarily asserted by a bank or other similar institution arising out of against Lender for or in connection with (i) the respect to Lender's forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender, of Borrowers proceeds of loans Loans made by Lender to Borrower Borrowers pursuant to this Loan Agreement and (ii) or the Other Agreements, or for or with respect to Lender's depositing for collection, by Lender, of collection any check or item of payment received by or delivered to Lender on account of the ObligationsLiabilities.

Bank Charges. Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, any fees paid by Lender) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to any Borrower or any other Person on behalf of any Borrower, by Lender, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to any Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender on account of the Obligations.
