The School Board of Brevard County Florida Building Department is the jurisdiction having authority for building code compliance, unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents. A School Board of Brevard County Building Permit is required to be issued before construction can commence, and will be furnished to the Construction Manager at no cost upon compliance with permit application requirements.
