ASSURANCE PLANS. 4.1 The Supplier shall develop Assurance Plans for the approval of the Customer as soon as practicable but in any case no later than 60 Working Days (or such other period as the parties may agree in the Assurance Strategy or otherwise) prior to the start date for the relevant Assurance as specified in the Implementation Plan.

ASSURANCE PLANS. The Supplier shall develop Assurance Plans for the approval of the Customer as soon as practicable but in any case no later than 60 Working Days (or such other period as the parties may agree in the Assurance Strategy or otherwise) prior to the start date for the relevant Assurance as specified in the Implementation Plan. Each Assurance Plan shall include as a minimum: the relevant Assurance definition and the purpose of the Assurance, the Milestone to which it relates, the requirements which is subject to Assurance; a detailed procedure for the Assurance to be carried out, including: the timetable for the Assurance including start and end dates; the Assurance mechanism; dates and methods by which the Customer can inspect Assurance results; the mechanism for ensuring the quality, completeness and relevance of the Assurance; the process with which the Customer will review Assurance Issues and progress on a timely basis; and the further Assurance procedure, the timetable and the resources which would be required for further Assurance. The Customer shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its approval of the Assurance Plans and the Supplier shall implement any reasonable requirements of the Customer in the Assurance Plans.
ASSURANCE PLANS. This Section 14.6 applies to Assurance Plans.

  • Insurance Plans The Executive is eligible to participate in the life, health, dental, short and long-term disability plans made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans.
