ASSOCIATION/BOARD COMMITTEE. To resolve any problem or differences, including any alleged change in established working conditions not covered by the Collective Agreement, other than matters in negotiations or before standing committees which may arise and to consider and make suggestions or recommendations for their solution to the respective Parties, the Parties shall establish a joint committee comprised of two appointees representing the Association, at least one of whom shall be a seconded member, and two representing the Board, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Board, to meet to discuss matters of mutual concern. Seven days prior to such meeting the representatives of the Board and the Association shall advise each other in writing of the matters which they wish to place on the agenda for discussion. Time spent by appointees in attendance at such meetings shall not result in loss of regular pay. The Board will give the Association 30 days' notice of any changes the Board intends to make to working conditions, where the Board is aware of such conditions.

ASSOCIATION/BOARD COMMITTEE. A joint committee, consisting of Board and Association members, may meet on an as needed basis to discuss items specific to the bargaining agreement and make recommendations to the Board and Administration on items of mutual interest.
ASSOCIATION/BOARD COMMITTEE. 14.1 The Associations and the Boards shall form a committee to meet on a regular basis throughout the life of this Agreement. The purpose of this committee shall be to discuss items of mutual concern, such as evaluation and job classification. The parties shall be equally represented on this committee.

  • Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • Central      Committee In future central bargaining between Service Employees Union and the participating hospitals, an employee serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to the point of arbitration. Upon reference to arbitration, the Negotiating Committee members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings. It is understood and agreed that the maximum number of Union Central Negotiating Committee members entitled to payment under this provision shall be eight, and in no case will more than one employee from a hospital be entitled to such payment. The Union shall advise the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee, before negotiations commence, of those employees to be paid under this provision. The Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee shall advise the eight hospitals accordingly. It is understood that this clause does not apply to a hospital that is not participating in Central Bargaining.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.
