The District agrees to furnish to the Association, in response to reasonable requests, all available information concerning the financial resources of the District, allocations and such other public information as will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and constructive programs on behalf of the employees.

The Association and its members and/or the designated Association building representative(s) shall have the privilege to use school building facilities for meetings after notifying the building principal providing the building is used during regular custodial hours or additional custodial charges are paid by the Association. The Association may also use District E-mail, the school service and mail boxes for official Association business. No employee shall be required to or prevented from wearing insignia, pins, or other identifications of membership in the Association on school premises. Bulletin boards will be made available for the Association's use and placed in areas where employees normally congregate. All posted material must be authenticated by a recognized official of the Association and shall be classified as Association business.
