Assignment of the Lease. I. As to San Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Loans, the following documents: Lessor's Consent; Lessor's Estoppel Certificate; Leasehold Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Fixture Filing;
Assignment of the Lease. The Tenant hereby assigns to the Assignee as of the Effective Date all of the right, title, benefit and interest of the Tenant in and to the Premises, together with the unexpired residue of the Term, as extended pursuant to this Agreement, and the Lease (as hereby amended) and all of the benefit and advantage to be derived therefrom, to hold the same onto the Assignee henceforth for and during the residue of the Term, as hereby extended, subject to the payment of the rent and performance of the covenants of the Tenant under the Lease.
Assignment of the Lease. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Assignment, Assignor does hereby, as of the Effective Date, sell, assign, transfer and convey to Assignee all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Lease, free and clear of any and all mortgages, security interests, liens, pledges, charges, claims, restrictions or encumbrances of any nature whatsoever, except for the terms and conditions of the Lease, to have and to hold the same as of and after the Effective Date for the remainder of the term of the Lease.

Assignment of the Lease. If the Agreement terminates for any reason, with or without cause, or by breach of the Agreement by either party, then (1) NLACRC will identify a new service provider to accept assignment of the Lease from the Contractor and (2) in such event, the Contractor shall assign its rights and obligations under the Lease to such new service provider within five days of NLACRC’s request to do so, on a form provided by NLACRC. The provisions herein are intended to survive termination of the Agreement.

Assignment of the Lease. (A) If Landlord assigns the Montrose County Board of County Commissioners assigns this Lease or if sells, transfers, or conveys the Premises are sold, transferred or conveyed, (all collectively called “Assignment”), within ten (10) days of the Assignment of the Lease, Landlord shall provide Tenant notice thereof pursuant to Article 13 of this Lease in a form substantially in conformity with that described in Exhibit B. Said notice shall include the name and address of the New Landlord (any assignee of this Lease, or any purchaser of the Premises, or any other successor owner or assignee of Landlord through foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure [the “New Landlord”]), the New Landlord’s Social Security or Federal Employer’s Identification Number, and documentation evidencing the Lease Assignment, whether it be an assignment and assumption of Lease, deed or other transfer.
