The contractor shall remit ACT Fee to the address provided below by corporate or cashier’s check made payable to “Treasurer of the United States”.   • Ticket Sales X. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to provide Artist’s representative with advance sales statistics preceding the date of the Event. Purchaser accepts full liability for counterfeit tickets. Under no circumstances will Artist assume loss of income from counterfeit tickets.

  • Summary Sales Data The Contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports directly to NASPO ValuePoint using the NASPO ValuePoint Quarterly Sales/Administrative Fee Reporting Tool found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/WNCPO/Calculator.aspx. Any/all sales made under this Master Agreement shall be reported as cumulative totals by state. Even if Contractor experiences zero sales during a calendar quarter, a report is still required. Reports shall be due no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar quarter (as specified in the reporting tool).

  • Detailed Sales Data Contractor shall also report detailed sales data by: (1) state; (2) entity/customer type, e.g. local government, higher education, K12, non-profit; (3) Purchasing Entity name; (4) Purchasing Entity bill-to and ship-to locations; (4) Purchasing Entity and Contractor Purchase Order identifier/number(s); (5) Purchase Order Type (e.g. sales order, credit, return, upgrade, determined by industry practices); (6) Purchase Order date; (7) Ship Date; (8) and line item description, including product number if used. The report shall be submitted in any form required by the solicitation. Reports are due on a quarterly basis and must be received by the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Development Team no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the reporting period. Reports shall be delivered to the Lead State and to the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Development Team electronically through a designated portal, email, CD- ROM, flash drive or other method as determined by the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint. Detailed sales data reports shall include sales information for all sales under Participating Addenda executed under this Master Agreement. The format for the detailed sales data report is in shown in Attachment I – Usage Reporting Template

  • Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. This is called a “split transaction.” Some merchants do not permit split transactions. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. If you fail to inform the merchant you would like to complete a split transaction and you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account to cover the entire purchase amount, your Card is likely to be declined.

  • Sales On the settlement date for a sale, Bank will credit the Cash Account with the proceeds of the sale and transfer the relevant Financial Assets to an account at the Bank pending settlement of the trade where not already delivered.

  • Data Disposition When the contracted work has been completed or when the Data is no longer needed, except as noted above in Section 5.b, Data shall be returned to DSHS or destroyed.   • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity. If awarded, you will be provided access to the Vendor Portal. To report sales, login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and click on the PO’s and Payments tab. Pages 3-7 of the Vendor Portal User Guide will walk you through the process of reporting sales to TIPS. Please refer to the TIPS Accounting FAQ’s for more information about reporting sales and if you have further questions, contact the Accounting Team at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement and submitting same to TIPS.
