In using the device, the Student is subject to and must comply with District’s Board of Education Policies, Authorization for Internet Access Student Policy and Student Handbook Policies addressing student discipline, harassment/bullying, and acceptable use of electronic network/technology and their associated administrative procedures and regulations. Applicable Policies a. In the administration of all matters covered by this Agreement, Employer/Management officials and employees shall be governed by existing laws and government-wide rules and regulations as defined in the Statute in existence at the time this Agreement becomes effective and which are duly passed and adopted during the term of this Agreement.

Applicable Policies. In consideration for the grant of this Award, the Grantee agrees to be subject to any policies of the Company and its Affiliates regarding clawbacks, securities trading and hedging or pledging of securities that may be in effect from time to time.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the policies and practices of the Company specifically related to the matters described in the preceding sentence and the policies and practices of an Enterprise specifically related to such matters, the policies and practices of the Company specifically related to such matters will be controlling.
