Anonymous Complaints. When an anonymous complaint, where the complaint, if true, would not or could not lead to criminal charges, is made against a member and no corroborative evidence is obtained through a prompt investigation by management, the complaint shall be classified as unfounded. No disciplinary action may be brought as the result of unfounded complaints.

Anonymous Complaints. When any anonymous complaint is made against an lieutenant and there is no corroborative evidence of any kind, the complaint shall be classified as Unfounded and the accused lieutenant shall not be required to submit to an interview or provide a written statement.
Anonymous Complaints. Anonymous complaints and complaints which the District concludes are without merit shall neither be placed in the unit employee's personnel file nor utilized in any evaluation or disciplinary action against the unit employee.
