AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. 9.1 Notwithstanding Sub-Article 5.3 of the Main Agreement inso- far as it refers to Services of Section 8 of Annex A. In the ab- sence of technical instructions from the Carrier, the Handling Company shall promptly seek technical instructions from the Carrier but shall take no action pending receipt of such Tech- nical Instructions. The Handling Company will not be held re- sponsible for any flight delay resulting from lack of Technical Instructions from the Carrier.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES which authorizes Tenant to engage in commercial operations to repair, recondition, manufacture and/or replace component parts of engines and aircraft, to conduct aircraft inspections, to perform aircraft painting, doping, and spraying operations, and to sell aircraft parts excluding avionic and radio components. (4)
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Provision of a maintenance facility and all maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications including compliance with; all regulatory requirements, airworthiness requirements and service bulletins; management of spare parts; mobile servicing capability; record keeping requirements, maintenance planning and all administrative functions associated with maintenance. The Supplier is responsible for the performance of the above Services in accordance with the terms of this Deed. The Services are more fully described in this Deed including in the Specifications.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. (a) ABX will maintain or cause to be maintained each Aircraft in accordance with ABX’s FAA-approved maintenance program and, as applicable, the terms of the aircraft lease or sublease agreement pertaining to such Aircraft, pursuant to the following:

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Installation and Maintenance of Meters The Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.
