Support and Maintenance definition

Support and Maintenance means the support and maintenance services to be provided by TCP to the Client. All Support and Maintenance will be provided to Client in accordance with the terms of this Service Level Agreement.
Support and Maintenance means the support and maintenance services set forth on the applicable Order Confirmation.
Support and Maintenance has the meaning as defined in the Support and Maintenance Addendum.

Examples of Support and Maintenance in a sentence

  • Support and Maintenance for Software includes access to New Releases, if and when available, and any references to “Software” in this Agreement include New Releases.

  • For the Support and Maintenance Contract, which is an annual fee the customer has to pay to ACAR, the termination must be send as a written notice by email to ACAR, that they don’t want to continue with the Support and Maintenance renewal 1 month before the expire date of the Support and Maintenance contract.

More Definitions of Support and Maintenance

Support and Maintenance means the support and maintenance terms for the Product that Contractor is required to provide as specified in Attachment C.
Support and Maintenance means the support and maintenance terms for the Licensed Product that Supplier is required to provide as specified in the Software Addendum.
