SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Methods for Interconnection and Physical Architecture shall be as defined in the applicable Appendix NIM, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Laundry Uniforms provided by the Employer to employees will be laundered by the Employer.
Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

Pin and Use at Atm 8.1 Issue of PIN The Bank may in the Bank’s absolute discretion (but without any obligation to do so) issue a PIN to the Cardholder upon written request of the Corporate Account Holder. The Bank may send to the Cardholder the PIN by ordinary post at the Corporate Account Xxxxxx’s and Cardholder’s sole risk and the Bank shall not be liable to the Corporate Account Holder or Cardholder for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Corporate Account Holder or Cardholder resulting from the loss of the PIN.
Guest any Registered User who has been invited by a Subscriber to participate in a study. It is possible that the same natural or legal person fits into several of the definitions previously provided. Thus, an Internet user who has created a study through the Platform will be a Subscriber, due to having created a study, but they will also be a Registered User, as that is necessary in order to be a Subscriber and, also, a User, by the mere fact of accessing the Platform.
