Common use of After the Closing Clause in Contracts

After the Closing. Buyer and Seller shall execute and deliver, and shall otherwise cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time, such further instruments, notices, division orders, transfer orders and other documents, and do such other and further acts and things, as may be reasonably necessary to more fully and effectively grant, convey and assign the Properties to Buyer.

After the Closing. Buyer and Seller Sellers shall execute and deliver, and shall otherwise cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time, such further instruments, notices, division orders, transfer orders and other documents, and do such other and further acts and things, as may be reasonably necessary to more fully and effectively grant, convey and assign the Properties to Buyer.

After the Closing. Sellers and Buyer and Seller shall execute and deliver, and or shall otherwise cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time, time such further instruments, notices, division orders, transfer orders instruments of conveyance and other documentstransfer, and do shall take such other and further acts and thingsactions as Seller’s Representative or Buyer may reasonably request, as may be reasonably necessary to more fully and effectively grant, convey and assign deliver the Properties Assets to Buyer, to perfect Buyer’s title thereto and to accomplish the orderly transfer of the Assets to Buyer in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.

After the Closing. Buyer and Seller shall execute and deliver, and shall otherwise cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time, such further instruments, notices, division orders, transfer orders and other documents, and do such other and further acts and things, as may be reasonably necessary to more fully and effectively grant, convey and assign the Properties being conveyed to BuyerSeller under the Assignment.
