Affirmative Action Plan. a. For agreements where the County has 50 employees or more and will receive $50,000 or more, the County shall complete the AA plan. The County with an annual work force of less than 50 employees or less than $50,000 may be exempt from submitting the AA plan. The AA Plan is written in detail and explains the County’s program.
