Admission Tickets. The system of distribution for admission tickets to all events and the prices thereof shall be submitted to the FIS for approval, not later than twelve months prior to the opening ceremony of the FIS Championships. It is an essential goal for the FIS Championships that the LOC strives to fill the stadiums with spectators and fans, which must be reflected in the system of pricing for admission tickets.
Admission Tickets. 3.1 The number of admission tickets issued must not exceed the number of seats available according to the authorised seating plan or, in case of Events without seating, must not exceed the authorised standing capacity.
Admission Tickets. 12.1 All Hirers are required to supply numbered tickets for the Event except invitation only events. In both cases the number of tickets or invitations issued must not exceed the maximum number shown on the booking form.
Admission Tickets. Licensee's rights with respect to admission tickets for events at the Stadium, including Miami Dolphins' and Florida Marlins' pre-season and regular season games and Special Events shall depend on whether Licensee is a Stadium Licensee, Dolphins' Licensee or Marlins' Licensee, as hereinafter defined. Licensees which are entitled to both Miami Dolphins' and Florida Marlins' season tickets are sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Stadium, Licensees"; Licensees which are entitled to Miami Dolphins' season tickets only are sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Dolphins' Licensees"; and Licensees which are entitled to Florida Marlins' season tickets only are sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Marlins' Licensees". Stadium Licensees, Dolphins' Licensees and Marlins' Licensees shall be entitled to the following respective benefits set forth below:
Admission Tickets. 4.1 The number of admission tickets issued must not exceed the number of seats available according to the authorised seating plan or, in case of Events without seating, the number of persons approved by HMC at least in textual form.
Admission Tickets. Admission to the Theatre shall be by means of serially numbered tickets showing the price paid by patron for admission and all taxes. Tickets shall also bear the name of each theatre, auditorium number and Exhibitor patron classification (e.g. Adult, Child, Matinee, Military, Senior, Student, etc.), screen format (e.g. premium, 3D, etc.) and shall identify whether the admission is a pass or discount admission. Exhibitor shall issue separate sequences of serially numbered tickets for each patron classification, screen format and price category.
Admission Tickets. Upon the School District’s request, Lessee agrees to provide School District free of charge ten (10) admission tickets when applicable.
Admission Tickets. Commencing in the NFL season immediately following the Commencement Date, Licensee shall receive the number of admission tickets to the Stadium set forth in Paragraph B.1.a. above for access to the Licensed Product and the Permitted Club Areas facilities for each pre-season and regular season home football game scheduled to be played by the Miami Dolphins at the Stadium (each, a “Dolphins Game”). Additionally, commencing with the initial Contract Year of the Term, and only during the Term, Licensee shall be afforded the opportunity to license the required admission tickets to the Stadium for access to the Licensed Product and the Permitted Club Areas facilities, or, if the Licensed Product is unavailable (which determination shall be made by Owner in its sole discretion), alternate licensed products in such quantities and in such locations at the Stadium to be designated by Owner, for certain other (i.e., non-Dolphins Games) games or events that take place at the Stadium during the Term for which Owner has access to the necessary seating inventory (which determination shall be made by Owner in its sole discretion), including, for example, all post-season football games of the Miami Dolphins (except Super Bowl games even if the Dolphins are one of the participating teams), concerts, and soccer matches (collectively, “Special Events”). However, Special Events shall specifically exclude, without limitation, the following events, for which Licensee shall have no contractual right to purchase tickets except as expressly otherwise provided in Paragraph E above: (a) any and all regular season, collegiate football games (including, without limitation, Miami Hurricanes games), (b) any and all games or events, such as pre-season, regular season, post season or all-star games, of any other sports team that is now or hereafter may become a tenant, user or licensee of the Stadium, (c) events not generally open to the public or for which tickets are not generally made available to the general public (including those of public institutions), such as graduations, conventions, trade shows, charitable events, political events, private functions and religious gatherings, (d) NFL Super Bowl and Pro Bowl games; (e) neutral site, playoff and championship collegiate football games, including any bowl games; and (f) any other event not enumerated herein for which the event sponsor or promoter preempts or otherwise limits access to the Licensed Product or any other suites in the S...
Admission Tickets. 5.1 If MOJO provides the Partner with admission tickets under the agreement, then those admission tickets and access to the event will be subject to MOJO's General Terms and Conditions For Admission Tickets. The relevant terms and conditions can be viewed at xxx.xxxx.xx. The Partner and its employees and associates, or at least the users of the admission tickets, are bound by them. Violation may result in expulsion from access to or removal from the festival site or concert location.
Admission Tickets. Each Food Vendor will receive 10 daily passes, with the option to purchase daily passes at $6.00each. The Brown County Fair Association, Inc., reserves the right to limit the number of daily passes. These passes DO NOT include carnival rides. The additional passes can only be purchased until NOON on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022. After noon the gate admission prices will be charged. No one will be allowed to enter the Brown County Fair without a daily pass.
