Admission of a Transferee as a Member. If, in accordance with this Agreement, a Member Transfers its Membership Interests to a transferee other than a Member (the “Successor Member”), the admission of the Successor Member as a member of the Company shall be conditioned upon the receipt by the non-affiliated Member of the following:
