You must have official written documentation from the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) of bilateral dysplasia before a replacement puppy is given. We will not honor a written statement or exams from your licensed vet, it must be documented by OFA and the results must be sent to our vet. If your puppy is diagnosed by OFA to have bilateral dysplasia, we do not require that the puppy be returned to us. Our policy allows you to replace the puppy with your choice of any puppy that we have currently available or a future pregnancy at no cost. The Seller states that this puppy has received at least one shot of the following vaccinations – Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. We worm our puppies with Nemex 2 (pyrantel pamoate) at 2,4 and at 6 and 8 weeks we use Safe-Guard (Fenbendazole). We will provide the Buyer with this puppies shot and worming records at the time of pick up. If a member of the immediate family is allergic to the purchased puppy, and you are no longer able to care for him/her, we will not refund the purchase price. We will not reimburse you for any purchases related to the puppy including, but not limited to, crate, toys, food & dishes, leash, collars and or invisible fencing or supplies related to training or travel expenses. We are also not responsible for any medical bills related to an allergic reaction to the puppy. We will be happy to provide information or assistance with placing the puppy in a new pet home. No replacements will be given due to problems that result from buyer neglect. Buyer understands all shipping expenses are the buyer’s sole responsibility and will not be refunded this includes the vet clearance certificate and appointment fees. If for any reason, other than allergic reaction, you are unable to care for your puppy or adult dog-PLEASE contact us immediately.
